Foundation Story - The Kids In Need Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in 1995. The Kids In Need Foundation's mission is to ensure that every child is prepared to learn and succeed by providing free school supplies nationally to students most in need.
Board and Committees - The Foundation's Executive Committee and each of its committees, advisory boards, and task forces drive the Foundation's activities.
Resource Centers - With the help of SHOPA members and friends of the Foundation, the Kids In Need Foundation's national network of Kids In Need Resource Centers provide underprivileged children with the right tools.
Teacher Grants Program - Kids In Need Teacher Grants provide K-12 educators with funding to help them realize their dreams of providing innovative learning opportunities for their students.
